At All That Glitters, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of gold jewelry. If you cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, we will provide a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, we offer the full value of gold at the prevailing market rate at the time of return or exchange. We do not provide refunds or exchanges on customized or personalized items. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and shipping fees for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
